I love my car! When Him-Indoors and I were first looking at cars for me ..... big enough for my wheelchair, small enough for me to drive, but more importantly for me, something with that 'Oh Yes!!' factor, we came across the Rav 4. We couldn't afford one then. but I waited.... and waited ... and I loved my little purple Rover 220SDi that we eventually bought with a passion. I really did. Time moved rapidly forward and my darling little car became a little bit too unreliable for me ... and then, when my eldest was browsing the internet for a car for himself, I saw it .... it was love at first sight. I printed off a picture and stuck it on my fridge. We were meant to be. 2 weeks later, The Onion-mobile was mine!!
Whenever I feel like a bit of a recharge, a bit of a chillout from all the 'noise' that surrounds us all on a day-to-day basis, I jump in the car and go to one of my favourite local places. It is tranquill and the views are stunning.
I sit on these steps and let the world go by.
I look out over the water, and chill.
